KEVIN PHILLIPS

Kevin Phillips is an established actor, known for his work on both the big and small screens alike.
Most recently, Phillips was seen starring in USA’s critically acclaimed series UNSOLVED: THE MURDERS OF TUPAC AND THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G, a scripted true crime series based on the murder investigations of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. He also recently appeared in the TNT hit series, THE LAST SHIP.
Phillips is perhaps best-known for his performances in film. Some of his most notable credits include: the George Lucas-produced film, RED TAILS, which chronicled the story of a crew of African American pilots in the Tuskegee training program during World War II. 2009’s critically acclaimed 20th Century Fox feature, NOTORIOUS and the Lionsgate feature film, PRIDE, directed by Suna Gonera, which he starred opposite Terrence Howard and Bernie Mac.
Additional film credits include: #TRUTH, ROXANNE ROXANNE, S.W.A.T. FIREFIGHT, SINNERS AND SAINTS, BLOOD AND BONE, AMERICAN GUN, ROCK THE PAINT and THE COOKOUT, amongst others.
In the television space, Kevin has also starred in the CBS/Warner Bros pilot, MURDER and appeared in Emmy-award winning series’ SHAMELESS and HOUSE.
Beyond acting, Phillips is a talented writer and producer who lives between Los Angeles and New York.
